Fair enough Rookie, I always look at bonuses or at risk-remuneration as reward for exceptional performance as "stretch targets". I don't see much risk in these bonuses nor do I see it as exceptional performance. Following the meeting this morning and answers to questions, I may relax my position on resolutions 2 and 5 however I am holding firm on resolutions 3 and 4. thanks for your post.
