I'd guess that there are quite a few nervous mining company boards across Australia right now. Before the election they thought that they had avoided the 'hand of death' and now they are looking at it again.
If the labor party gets in then it means after July next year there is basically no way of preventing the labor and greens from doing whatever they want to the mining industry.
More uncertainty until this mess gets sorted out.
