Interesting - and I think you have all done well. Although I personally do not like control of a huge valuable primary resource passing into over seas hands. No doubt SQM's parent will control marketing of the spod product - and for that reason FIRB may have an issue.
Now the next step for holders is to vote at the Scheme Meeting - there 75% of votes by shares must agree to the Scheme AND 75% of individual shareholders voting must also agree.
So at that meeting, on the second count all of you have a vote as important as Gina or Mark or Tony.
