At least 20 patients enrolled.
3 patients responded during the P1 dose escalation stage and subsequently bridged to SCT.
At least 1 additional patient has responded during the P2 expansion (otherwise the study would have been terminated for futility).
That's at least 4 patients out of 20 (20% response rate).
"Anything above 10% would be a good response given the patients in the trial."
