This is another stitch up for shareholders, sell the whole project for ~$4.5 million, and keep the detail vague.
No mention of the stockpile at the mine, so that will be part of the transaction.
In a nutshell, sell the whole lot for a pittance, and leave us with a shell company that will be $0.00 in the not too distant future…
