Ot, I don't believe that the US dollar should be a worry. If there are any concerns, Strike should just convert the required amount to US dollars (or Canadian dollars) at the time of signing the contract with the Canadians.
As for the Canadians overstating capabilities and not delivering, you may well be right. My understanding
is that SN had his fingers burnt with Australian suppliers causing large cost overruns and time delays and that the Canadians, with a much larger oil and gas industry, had done this before. .
