It would be the first ever Takeover offer that I know of on a 82M MCed company to payout $500M+ for a 49% stake in a project. CEZ are best to just hire bunch of lawyers and 'squeeze the minnow out' for $100M in litigation costs. Hopefully it does not come down to that, as that would be a very expensive and lengthy death of EMH.
Also considering the amount of journalistic outreach that CEZ has, they would write and sway the information whichever way they want it to appear. I'd contain your enthusiasm
