Does anybody think the proposed 6.1 cents exercise price for CG's 3 million options at the AGM is fair or reasonable. At the current 5.9 cents SP she will have 5 years to increase the SP just a fraction of one cent to be in the money. Where is the incentive in that? The SP was $.24 when she took the chair 2.5 years ago. That would be a reasonable incentive just to get back to where CG started. Resolution 6 should cop it big time IMO.
