True when they hold options or especially borrowed share its in their interest to get money in bank paid out. their bet is money paid out would be more than borrowing share cost, short term play. and they didnt disclose this. I have sold my shares 7.65 for a decent profit and currently waiting in sidelines to see how this plays out.
