No, I don't think it is dead.

We are just stuck with buyers who don't want to buy as they have become sceptical regarding the time it takes to get this FDA go ahead (remembering that the CEO led us to believe we would get it end of last year) and sellers who don't want to sell at this level as they believe (or hope) that the FDA will wake up anytime resulting in the stock doubling its price overnight.

Very frustrating indeed.

If anything we may go down the road of losing 1 or 2c every second day... until the next announcement.
