bloke,the heavy self mulching soils are loving it.the better draining mallee ground is looking better than it has in years.
the southern cropping regions are yellowing off the way they used to in the eighties. urea being flown on in hope of greening up waterlogged crops,but a lot of spring to go for wet feet yet.
the duplex soils are also souring from too wet.nothing much actually dead yet, but i have some vetch that is as sick as it gets beforehand.
grasshoppers the unknown,but contamination standards are being set at 3 insects [or parts thereof] per hectalitre.i had samples exceed that last year,in a non plague situation.
