News: MQG Deals of the day-Mergers and acquisitions

Oct 26 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Thursday:

		** Asset manager Macquarie  (MQG)  said it did not 
intend to make an offer for London-listed Renewi  RWI.L , 

sending the waste management firm's shares tumbling more than 26% in afternoon trade.

		** Stellantis said it is buying a 21% stake in EV maker 
Leapmotor in a $1.6 billion deal that will give it a fresh shot 

in China, the world's biggest car market by sales, and the smaller Chinese carmaker a European foothold.

		** Privately held U.S. fine jewelry and luxury watch 
marketplaces Worthy and CIRCA Jewels told Reuters they will 

merge to create a company worth more than $100 million.

** Norwegian conglomerate Orkla ORK.OL said that private equity group Rhone will acquire a 40% stake in Orkla Food Ingredients (OFI) in a deal that gives OFI an enterprise value of 15.5 billion Norwegian crowns ($1.38 billion).

** Chile's SQM SQMA.SN will buy the rest of Australian lithium developer Azure Minerals that it doesn't already own for $900 million, as chemicals makers fight to secure earlier stage supply of raw materials for the electric vehicle industry.

** Private equity firm Silver Lake said on Wednesday it was working on a proposal to take talent and media company Endeavor Group Holdings EDR.N private, after Endeavor announced it had begun a review to explore alternatives that better value the company.
