Hi Marcus, I did mention the other week I wasn't going to buy until the QTR report was released, I wanted to see if all of the issues were resolved at Tormin,

my thoughts that there were still issues with processing the mineralisations were correct, due to another breakdown of equipment and a continuation of the water inlet issues. I was watching the satellite images and you could see there was little progress.

Although I hate CR's and this one is tough to swallow due to the high dilution, we were only trading at 3c a few weeks ago, it could have been a much worse outcome for shareholders. I like how retail shareholders will get to see the outcome from the institutional investors before deciding whether they want to take up the offer.

What I do like about the capital raising, they are expanding the capacity of the Skaland graphite mine and building the pilot plant, perfect timing for China's new ban on battery graphite.

It also appears MRC will finally have a fix for the issue to process the inland strands,

Do you like how MRC is moving into the finished products prior to building the thrid PCP that will expand the mine's capacity by 50%?
