Hi Fatman8 We went to ASX a week in advance of the DB HiTek release, when we realized there was a high probability the agreement was going to be signed, showed them a draft of the release and explained its importance. ASX commented on it, and we implemented their comments. Despite that, on the morning of the release, without consulting with Weebit in any way, they decided on their own that they will downgrade the release and classify it as not Price Sensitive. As you know, this is not the first time that the ASX surprised us with decisions without talking to us (you remember the recent suspension, for example), or where the tried to force us to downgrade important and strategic releases. We had several meetings over the years with the ASX about this. They don’t have the technical background to understand the importance of our announcements and, even though they know the caliber of our board and their experience, they continue to override our decisions without even consulting with us.Many shareholders contacted me about this. Many have filters so they only see Price Sensitive releases and they missed the release. By the time they realized it (they saw my LinkedIn post, or the share price) they already lost the opportunity to enter early. I am very sorry for this, but it is not in my hands. I would encourage all the shareholders who feel they were hurt by the ASX decision to file an official complaint to the ASX.Cheers,Coby
