    sale price in 2010 $450,000.00

    cant see the loss in a pre-tax gain of 332,000.00k

    The house paid for itself from the second year.

    2010 - 1 bedroom unit in Ballarat

    purchase price inc costs $116,000

    current rent 140 per/week, this will also be paying for itself soon

    sale price in 2023??

    I'm sure it will be more than 116k

    Point is, NOT ALL investors own 600k homes getting 350 p/week rent....

    if holding costs are virtually zero, then property is a no-brainer, best and safest way to make your money!
