It's probably 'insider information' he received directly from Tony or investor relations ! Seriously mate (@TechSpec00) I can guarantee it was only guidance. Same with the emails I received that you claim I was lying about. You're creating your own narrative in your head and attack others when their view don't align with your point of view.
I have no care in the world if you are upset with management, that's your choice. But don't start taking it out on others you claim are 'ramping'! I could say you are 'down-ramping'. Lets face it, if we are able to list on NASDAQ by years end, you won't be saying any of this. I saw the exact same thing happen with another user on the AZL forums. He loved the stock but eventually turned sour and down-ramps management every opportunity he gets!
If you're that concerned with the A's but believe in the company, why not sell a portion and divest into heads and B's. Offset the capital loss into capital gains (since you believe in the company).
