That one page of the report (10) really goes to show how useless the application for a mining permit is in Cameroon. There is no formal process, just request after request, " what's next, what do we need to do, what do you want from us now? and on and on it goes. This is where all of the SH money goes, spent on time waiting. Anyone here who blames CAY for missed milestones really needs to read this report to get a lay of the land that the company has had to walk on.
