Sorry I have to ask, when this takes off, why would I convert the options? They should increase in line with the shares, but for the 6 cent cost. Once they are up enough, I'll sell mine and someone else can convert.
Especially if we can maintain the 4 cent difference between shares and options there is nothing to encourage conversion with 13 months to go!
