The FACTS are these:

1. There was already a State of Palestine where there was a border, citizenship and passport issued to citizenship - Golda Meir is a good example.

2. People within the State of Palestine paid taxes and registered titles of ownership land and businesses.

3. The Zionists had been planning for war since 1945 under the Plan Dalet, where they first terrorized the British to leave Palestine (after they couldn't get the British to implement the Balfour declaration) and later Muslim and Christian Arabs

4. The UN General Assembly Plan to partition was ONLY a RECOMMENDATION - it was NOT BINDING and as such, not INTERNATIONAL LAW (look up on UNGA resolutions). Further, the UN does NOT have any powers to split a country into two.

5. As such, any declaration of independence was any attempt to secede from the State of Palestine. Check out the Civil War in the US when the South tried to secede!!!

6. There was NO REFERENDUM asking the people who lived within these areas whether they want self-determination from the State of Palestine.

You should note, its easy for the winner to rewrite History and that is what they did. The winner of wars always control the Narrative!!!

And the people in this area called Palestine included Jews and Arabs and a lot of fighting.
Hence the two State solution which the Arabs rejected.

And there won't be any referendum after this war either if it blows out bigtime, there'll be outsiders who are sick of all the fighting and who get sucked into these wars, making the decisions.
