    I don’t own AVL shares so pre merger couldn’t give a rats how many shares on issue they have. I imagine after the raise they’ll consolidate at the same ratio.

    not all $500m will come from equity, perhaps only 30-40%. I imagine it’ll come at a discount of 10-25% of the volume weighted share price at the time.
