The Employees are the most important part of our business heading forward. I was advised at the Sydney road show 12 months ago that they do not get paid a great deal. I suggested and strongly support that some form of Employee share scheme was important in retaining staff. The Options is a great way of encouraging them to work hard and grow our business!
