    I know of another company TechSpec00 , it took a year to list , back and forward , back and forward , the SEC are not too inteligent , I know cause I actually got involved my self to get that company over the line . Just pure bureaucracy , and thick as bricks . Wont be any of EUR doing . They may need to hire a consultant just to through all the paperwork .
