This clear absurdity has to stop - surely.
Can't the people who voted against the 249D see that?
Is anyone being protected here, protected perhaps from forensic accountants?
The stupidity of this entire process has become extreme.
It's now become more than a farce, it's been an 18 month circus.
Sending letters, repeatedly, back and forth from Australia to Mali, after translations, and then waiting months for replies, is simple-minded, vacuous and moronic.
What we have here now is a nonsensical situation, unwise and injudicious, that no-one seems to have the guts to solve.
