Some things that concern me despite the great potential.

No recent quarterly reports. No signatures on asx releases only a typed name.

Quantum subsidiary (the ones forking out $300 mil) only started in July 2023

No financials can be viewed for quantum that I can find.

No phone number to contact bezra, it is all via email.

No evidence quantum can get funding to pay the remaining $285 mill especially in this climate. To be fair they have paid 15 mil so far.

Board split and constant selling from high is a concern.

Mining jurisdiction in Malaysia I do see as a positive.

I am looking at investing in bezra. A gold stock with 3mil ounces at an average of 1.72 gms for under 50 mil mc is unheard of.

The question is: Is it too good to be true?
