Who is driving the SP down for whom to make a takeover? Is BHP RIO ALB Gina paying the shorts to run the SP down so BHP etc can make a takeover? Or are the shorts running it down so they can make an offer? lol
Takeover offer.
Maybe the BOD have had offers for a takeover and have politely said no. BOD do have an obligation to shareholders to obtain a fair and reasonable price for the company.
Now seeing that no offers have been made public, where do these TO company/s want the SP to go down to, before they make an offer. None at $3.60 - well maybe $3 then.
Question to all HC shareholders of PLS - "Who here would accept an offer of 40% above $3. That is $4.20. Lets make it 50% $4.50". Good luck TO company!!!
