I for one,is diissapointed by the presentation for our votes.
i think a new ceo should be appointed before any changes to our constitution are made.
also no funding for salaries apart from a performance based scenario is presented to us as an alternative to be voted for.
an allowance could also be asked for and voted on to be put asside as a sign on bonus for a new ceo.
nobody on the board deserves anything for this past years performance.imo.
a new ceo can present to us a new plan to be voted on at next years agm...
I think we only have 12 months to properly prove our company as a success.
so get you sh..t together and stop keeping us in the dark and treat us as owners in our company,and people who invested in the same dream...
