Winter is coming, I think Tony should now focus on Saudi JV let others work on the merger and EU banks. That partnership/relationship (with Saudis) needs fostering in these uncertain times. Christmas is coming, perhaps dinner networking parties?

We also need to get ready the relationships in EU for fast tracking of IEA permit - one does not simply apply and wait if you want expected timely results. Passing of CRMA is crucial, then away we go. February perhaps?
