Joe is the biggest winner and certainly his interest never aligned with the average shareholders. however, at Webcentral, he did quite a bit of shares buyback and also numerous personal shares purchases ranging from 10 to 30c and issuing options for himself. i believe joe has no control over the shares price subsequently dropped to sub 10c. he certain did himself all the flavours when it gone up.
