    I also look at the deals done.

    1 case in point. Morrissey Hill - cash upfront, cash on settlement and 200m shares with a 6 month escrow.

    now that 200m at $0.004 has tripled in value.

    we have since added more tenements and again done in such a win win format.

    so now old owners - cash is king, shares tripled, now the shares given 200m plus we own more tenements.

    why wouldn’t others contact JB to do same same.

    such a strong team and they know what they’re hunting / fishing for.
