As Rick Rule has said - He fears the Govt risk of his own country as much if not more than foreign Govt's risk when it comes to taking what is not theirs. Prime example look at Queensland Govt and coal royalties/taxes. Personally considering what has happened with BF/Niger etc I feel they have been measured and level headed considering the Frogs have ripped them off for years. Mining is essential to their economy and they know it so hopefully if they remain balanced in their actions we all win. There is too much value in WAF now and more so in the future for me to head to the door just yet.
