With further checking I found that RNU is already producing. The other thing I found on a brief historical check is so many share placements.
Some at 1.1c another at 8c another at 27c and I might have missed some.
Trying to analyse charts with so many CR provides problems. Bonus shares/options and warrants seem to be issued frequently. I also noticed that so many options were exercised at 2c after the CR. No wonder the shares on issue grew to 2.5B.
It's a common problem with start up penny dreadfuls.
Without knowledge of the recent China news if I looked at the chart and also the limited amount of knowledge I picked up in an hours worth of research, I would have issued a warning. The China issue could change things.
The chart.
It seems that the SP has been basically powered so far by the CR. Most recently at 27c. The fall after the CR at 27c to 11.5c was not a good sign. At 11.5 to 14c there didn't seem to be a lot of buyers lining up. Last weeks spike looks like it was powered by the recent news.
I would have to spend more time looking into production ramp-ups, margins, capital costs, cashburn & timelines. Board and management practices would need to be looked at as well.
At first glance, taking in to consideration of recent news, it looks like a good buy in the 16-19c range.
I'll watch for some natural growth to occur in the SP and update the chart accordingly. The first significant signal will be when the 10WMA (green line) crosses above the 40WMA (red line), that would be around 19c. Could happen very soon.
TLG current chart isn't great as well as it's been clouded by the Swedish courts taking forever over appeals to the mining permits already granted.
European red tape Sucks. It will change.
