    About 12 months ago the spot price was about USD50/lb and PEN share price hovering at about 17c. Today the spot price has risen to USD74/lb [up 50%] but PEN shares trade at about 12c [down 30%]. So why is the share price not following the value of the product or actually going the opposite way? My simple view it should be about 25c/share.
    Whats wrong?
