    Yuk.

    I held this briefly a month or two ago- then read the financials again and sold for the slightest of profit to get rid of it.

    Goodwill is more than shareholder equity- red flag.

    Considerable retained losses.

    Considerable debt.

    Not financial advice etc but for me this is a falling knife.
