At this point I am considering voting No to everything, except (maybe) re-election of Directors.
Even voting no to the Renumeration Report (if I have read correctly) could give us the power to cause a Spill and re-election after the 2024 AGM if things have not changed for the significantly better for us retail investors. It does no harm - just opens that door for us. I'm no expert on these matters, just my initial reading of how it works.
