Thank you for your insight into DG's history and ownership.

DG has remarkably few SOI (20% by the CEO), and a trading turnover of 36 months.

Comparable micro-goldies on the ASX (KLI,TG1) have a similar turnover.

10% of the non-CEO SOI were sold on the announcement day.

Inspection of DG's portfolio speaks of opportunism, not any geological knowledge/speciality.

On the day prior to OM1's TH, 95% of AUD18K was IMO traded by a single soul in 4 equi-spaced trades

between 15:25 and 15:45.

It is easy to see others (some ASX listed) who could extract greater value from pieces of the DG portfolio.

Were they approached for bids ? Why not ?

. . . because the target in this proposed transaction is not DG. It is OM1 !

It is designed to provide an opportunity for DG (and others)

to get a highly discounted entry into LdM claims that are about to be drilled.
