That is the only thing that worries me as opposed to LTR's recent experience with Albermarle. In LTR's case (I'm not a holder, but was watching the action intently), the LTR board knocked the first 2 offers straight back, yet TIE is engaging third party counsel? The board should reject this proposal outright. Shorters are going to have to cover, so hopefully we should see the SP close at 58c by lunchtime.
