As @sporazene pointed out CEZ is undergoing a process of full Government byout/restructure as CEZ themselves have communicated out to the markets recently. This means that Czech Gov may become a 51% owner of the project post the completion of restructure. I have not reviewed that development yet (i.e. what the impact is to EMH), however without being too naive, it may help Cinovec project with permitting and local government consultation process.
