Re China you can either take them at their word of NOT.
China deal is stated as well progressed and a stated performance target.
The Company has entered into a binding, exclusive licence and supply agreement with one or more third parties covering iPPS for OA in China or involving an upfront payment to the Company of at least $30 million.
Suggest we all take some emotion out of our thinking here. Pre Christmas is still possible and consistent with "accelerated discussions" after DMOAD confirmation on cartilage. By March next year we can assume if has failed.
