The last CR was Aug 2022. The SP at the time was 8.3c. They raised at 6.5c to "sophs" via CPS.
A 20% discount to 3c is 2.4c.
If they were to raise $12M at 2.4c, it would add 500M shares to the registry, which is more than 30% of the current book.
Ive been saying it for years. This company needs to reduce the cash burn rate. Drop VSPC and LieNa which are duds, and focus on their low tech battery recycling (hand sort, shred, burn).
