Pulled this snippet of info out of the Annual General meeting Proxy Form.
"Further, if the Company is successful in acquiring new assets or investments, it islikely that the allottees under the 10% Placement Facility will be the vendors of thenew assets or investments."
So we are paying for "assets or investments" with shares?
And Assets or Investments would be?
More Acreage? plant and equipment for production? a helicopter (ok, not an investment)?
