I believe their performance options expired.

They are being paid what they are because they are trying to launch perhaps one of the largest and most profitable Lithium export operations globally. There are international eyes on this project, as the attempted theft of assets by Zijin, the second largest Gold Miner in China with links directly to the PRC leadership demonstrates.

As a shareholder, I am not complaining about what they are paid, or about how many of them there are. I am satisfied that they have clearly determined a team of directors to attack the attempted theft of assets, and another group to continue planning and execution of taking as to mine as efficiently and as quickly as possible once the legal entitlement to mine is obtained as dictated by the mining degree last year.

Those are my concerns.
