In particular, refer to 5.4 where PR wants us to approve 2,200,000 performance rights to top up his 20M shareholding and Donna's 1.1M (all allocated as part of her package).
They will support this raise by taking up $200,380 and $1,075 of their entitlement respectively.This amounts to only 22% (PR) and 2% (DS). Amos again a NIL and Helen at 0%
If there was ever a time to vote NO this is it. Don't abstain with your AGM vote.
