You may be right but the level of discrimination in this country against the aboriginal population is disgraceful and that is what leads to all of the other problems and government expenses. Anyone with full aboriginal background has a terrible time getting a job in the cities. I have a European background and experienced low level discrimination when I was young. We are much better accepted now but unfortunately, the native descendants are not. If you didn't have the discrimination, you wouldn't need the level of welfare and programs.
