Although HNR & NMT both hold the same technology, HNR might end up with a different business model depending on the type of feedstock client they can find. Issuing a sub-licence in Italy for example, instead of building a plant themselves. Plus, I think HNR would contact Primobius for any help, not NMT. Primobius are the ones who can sell the 10tpd plants to HNR.

I don't see the VRP issues affecting the battery recycling venture, so I'm hoping the contagion doesn't spread.
