I agree, not clearly worded but certainly a very good outcome for all holders. Much better than what I orginally thought which was the loss of a contract!
Personally if they need capital to build new ATM's, I reckon they should wait till SP is higher and then do a raise as close to current SP as possible to S708's and Instos to reduce debt and increase liquidity on market.
