CR?... who knows? It is one of those memes which scares the easily frightened.

As far as $2M for Pirra. In a previous post I thought Pirra was worth $6M to CAI but actually that is incorrect. SQM is paying $3M for an extra 10% so the valuation of Pirra is $30M. That places CAI dollar interest at ~$12M (roughly 10% of the current MC).
With the example of WC8 which now has a market cap nudging $900M (up 22x in a few months) if management had not maintained its % interest you would have heard a lot of pained screaming from many shareholders... imo.
