the necessary steps to convene a General Meeting in compliance with the Corporations Act." and got the impression "general meeting" like annual general meetings include shareholders.

Either way even if i don't get to vote, i'm just really excited this alex luis guy has recognised the anguish of so many shareholders over the last two years. Jimmie can't sit there and be like all shareholders are actually a proffesional downramper gang anymore the votes are showing in the AGMS and a major shareholder is blatantly asking for you to step down. even if nothing eventuates pressures on and its not going away.
