Agreed. Dan Clifford is gone, but multiple board members are still at AMI from that Dargues acquisition... at the very least shareholders are deserved some kind of 'lessons learnt' review in regards to the purchase of Dargues..... even if the crux of that is to just put the blame onto Dan.Which if that is the case then it's a good thing we have this new guy on the board who actually has a big stake in the company, as now we've got a board member who has a decent investment at risk when decisions need to be made..... so some quality oversight might actually be engaged!
