That way the company doesn't have to fork out the money . True some creditors would have got caught up in the consolidation . But they can always, fix that up by issuing more shares to them.
If the company is short of real hard cash, they get a loan, and they set the interest rate at the rate of 33 percent, so in one year they get one-third of their money back & in 2 years, you get 66 percent of your money back in interest. In the meantime the company gets Dean to stand in front of the camera with 2 gold bars in his hand of gold and the company does another capital raise.
Where they got this IDA from is beyond me, i cannot believe there is such a gullible company on the face of the earth
But now the problem is they cannot raise capital from the public, as the public is exhausted and a wake-up to them.
So now they have to come up with some big lithium play, now that they own the rights to the metals other than gold at Forestania. Some big news of a JV with another company.
