But that is not what your original reply was about. You’re specifically referred to a “scale back “ of pro rata rights, which is what the discussion was about , which is a complete nonsense.
You were wrong and were exposed, now you are off on tangents to cover up your own ineptitude. You cannot have scale backs on a pro-rata rights issue.
If you don’t understand that well there is not much that can be said.
Why are you here again? It cannot be to demonstrate investment or market knowledge.

Nailed me. Most rights issue have this clause. A company would be stupid to not accept oversubscriptions should they want more capital. And believe it not they can scale back for a variety of reasons. Standard stuff.
